Bring Your Tools & Talent
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Day in the Life: Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical production equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and perform machine adjustments to restore proper operation
- Install, overhaul, wire, and maintain motors, relays, circuit breakers, alarms, communication systems, and machine controls
- Coordinate machine setup, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules with supervisors and production teams
- Monitor gauges, dials, and equipment indicators to ensure production standards are met
- Inspect machinery, materials, and products to identify defects or malfunctions
- Maintain and enforce all machine safety devices and procedures
- Work collaboratively with Production Managers, Supervisors, and other departments to support operational goals
