Bring Your Best to the Floor
- High school diploma or GED (bonus for tech training)
- 5 years of heavy equipment operation
- Knows hydraulics, diesel, and electronic systems
- Reads electrical and Hydraulic schematics like a pro
- Handy with power tools and computers
Your Shift, Your Shop
You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy equipment such as forklifts, trucks, excavators, and wheel loaders.
- Maintenance Expertise: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment using detailed checklists to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Problem Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, service manuals, and utilize diagnostic software to manage repairs.
- Organization and Reporting: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in the company's maintenance system.
- Interpersonal Skills: Work collaboratively with diverse team members and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment.
- Adaptability and Learning:Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures, with an ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
