- 3 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will support daily operations by managing office tasks like answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documents. You'll handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. You'll assist with project budgeting, expense tracking, and managing construction schedules and contracts. Additionally, you'll organize office supplies, company events, and support HR functions like onboarding and personnel records.
