Here's what we're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3 years of electrical engineering experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, testing standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and technical documentation skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test electrical systems, components, and applications
- Develop electrical products based on customer requirements and engineering standards
- Create and execute testing methods to validate system performance
- Support manufacturing by improving electrical assembly processes and equipment design
- Analyze product performance and recommend design improvements
- Collaborate with project engineers to manage resources and timelines
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and product data
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide engineering solutions
