- GED or high school diplom
- 1 year forklift experience in a warehouse setting
- Valid cert
- Run sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks
- Know safety rules and warehouse basics
- Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet
- Inspect equipment and report issues
