Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Forklift or heavy equipment certification required
- Ability to safely operate stand-up reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Basic math and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. regularly and over 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Job Duties
- Operate stand-up reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, relocate, and organize inventory
- Receive, process, pick, pack, and ship products using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect products for damage
- Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, and designated warehouse locations
- Perform inventory movements and maintain accurate stock levels
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
