Your Role on the Floor
Be responsible for setting up, operating, tuning, and performing basic maintenance on equipment and machinery. This position will bend, cut, punch, brake, and press metal depending on the machine being operated, perform quality checks, safely operate equipment, read, and interpret engineering drawings, read production tickets and precision measurement tools, meet minimum production standards, perform die changeovers, operate basic hand tools, and safely handle and transport materials using manual pallet jacks.
