Equipment Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment required
- Excavation equipment experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled temps
Job Duties
- Operate Heavy equipment and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Move materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping zones
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and shipping/receiving personnel
