- Advanced, hands-on experience with ISNetworld, including all major sections of the platform
- Strong understanding of contractor compliance and data management processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with databases, web-based platforms, and administrative systems
- Reliable, self-directed professional who can work independently
- Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- This is not an entry-level role-deep ISN expertise is required
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain ISNetworld (ISN) accounts across all platform modules
- Navigate, update, and audit contractor compliance data to ensure accuracy
- Monitor document submissions, approvals, and expiration dates
- Troubleshoot issues within ISNetworld and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Support internal teams by providing accurate reporting and system insights
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing compliance and safety initiatives
