Location: Wilmington, OH
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime

What It Takes
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC mill setup experience preferred
- Manual machining experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and technical documents
- Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Daily Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications
- Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and equipment performance
- Inspect machined parts using measuring tools and document quality checks
- Adjust machine settings and replace worn tooling as needed
- Control coolant flow and maintain safe machine operation
- Load and unload CNC programs on applicable machines
- Tooling changes
- Quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned
