Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am, Mon - Thurs (OT on Fri as needed)

CNC (FOM) Operator Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine
- GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
- 2 years working directly on CNC lathes or mills.
- Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances
- Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Team player who values precision and safety.
- Must be physically able to lift (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.

- Inspect raw materials for defects or damage before machining
- Fabricate parts to precise dimensions using machine tools
- Select and run pre-set CNC programs per customer specifications
- Perform the deburring of products
- Determine offsets and adjust on-screen values to maintain tolerance
- Change and measure tooling as needed
