- 7 years of maintenance experience on mechanical systems and CNC equipment.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, hones).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must pass background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification
- Experience managing spare parts inventory
- 2 years of CNC equipment operation - Mills, Lathes, Hones.
- 2-year technical degree or trade certification.
- 5 years of experience performing PM's and troubleshooting CNC equipment issues.
Job Duties:
- Perform advanced preventative maintenance on CNC and production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Support equipment rebuilds, upgrades, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
- Track maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders using a CMMS system.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate repairs and replacement components as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
