Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Shift: {1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (OT often starts at 5:00 AM)} {2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (OT may extend to 1:30 AM)} {3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (OT occasionally on Fridays)}

Skills That Get You Hired
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- PPE required: safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves as needed
- Able to liftup to 33 lbs., stand for full shifts, bend, reach, and walk intermittently
On the Job
- Set up and operate centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells
- Measure and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance
- Perform in-process audits and follow proper documentation procedures
- Troubleshoot moderate to complex equipment issues efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and resolve issues related to product specifications
- Identify and report nonconforming products
- Perform daily machine maintenance and general housekeeping duties
