As a Production Line Associate in Alabaster, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Read and follow pick tickets to accurately select beverage products
- Pick individual bottles and package customer orders according to specifications
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and production standards
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
