- 6 months of experience of previous baking, food production, or commercial kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a continuously hot environment
- Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive early for scheduled shifts
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and time management
- Team-player attitude with willingness to assist others as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake artisan products according to recipes and production standards
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production
- Maintain a steady workflow to ensure products are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with packaging preparation and production support as needed
- Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility
- Support other departments and teammates when needed
