Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three years of manufacturing or construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math and reading-comprehension skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to use hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools
- Strong attention to quality and safety
Job Duties
- Clean components using solvents and hand tools
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Follow engineering and customer specifications
- Repair minor voids and product defects
- Operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools
- Load, unload, lift, and move materials
- Use lifting equipment when available
- Complete electronic records and production checklists
- Process blueprints, barcodes, stamps, and shipping materials
- Follow all quality, safety, and conduct requirements
