Salem, VA
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour | Sign-On Bonus:$500
Shift: 1st Shift:Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday | 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM
*Includes $1.00/hour shift differential

Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.
Must-Haves for the Job
- Experience using hand and/or power tools in an assembly environment
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Constant handling and reaching; frequent standing and walking
- Ability to liftupto 50 lbs occasionally (10 lbs frequently)
- Occasional bending, climbing, and overhead reaching
Day-to-Day Grind
- Assemble, test, and package products according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Ensure accuracy in counts and adherence to production standards
- Follow ISO procedures and company safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
- Support multiple work cells and assist with cross-training as needed
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet production goals
