Job Duties
- Assemble components using prints and process sheets to meet product specifications.
- Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts.
- Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment, including cross-training as needed.
- Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution.
- Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3 months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Capabilities
- Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.
