Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AMOR 3 PM - 11:30 PM| Must be available weekends and holidays | 24/7 operation

What You'll Do
- Receive and manage inbound phone calls and emails related to alarms, incidents, and urgent store concerns
- Serve as the initial point of contact and liaison between store locations, alarm services, and internal teams
- Professionally de-escalate stressful oremergency situationswith a focus on safety and resolution
- Provide accurate information and problem-solving support with a goal of first-contact resolution
- Enter and maintain precise customer and incident data in the customer relationship database while on calls
- Address written correspondence and follow established call center performance metrics
- Communicate trends, concerns, and recurring issues to supervisors and management
- Maintain frequent interaction with multiple internal divisions to ensure timely issue resolution
