Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate:
- $17 - $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The Quality Control Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in maintaining high product standards and ensuring all materials moving through the warehouse meet company and regulatory requirements. This position focuses on inspecting goods, documenting results, identifying issues, and working alongside warehouse and production teams to guarantee quality and accuracy throughout every stage of the process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine incoming shipments, stored inventory, and outgoing orders for any signs of damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Confirm that materials and finished goods comply with established specifications and quality standards
- Conduct detailed visual and physical inspections, including product sampling and measurement verification
- Inspect packaging and labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
- Monitor active production lines to ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Isolate, label, and report any defective or nonconforming items to the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager
- Accurately record inspection data, findings, and corrective actions in QC reports and logs
- Support the coordination of inventory checks, internal audits, and continuous improvement projects
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production personnel to resolve quality concerns in real time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, following all safety and sanitation standards
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required
- At least 3 years of experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment required
- Prior experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or warehouse inspection
- High school diploma or equivalent education or work experience
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation practices
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently when needed
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to accuracy and quality excellence
