We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll team in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate has strong payroll knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with clients to resolve issues and improve processes.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support a team of payroll specialists
- Oversee weekly payroll processing (high-volume preferred)
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Work directly with clients to address payroll issues and implement solutions
- Review and audit payroll for accuracy
- Train, coach, and develop payroll team members
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of payroll experience (staffing industry a big plus)
- Previous experience supervising a payroll team
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
