Job Summary:
Seeking a Provider Talent Acquisition Liaison to manage full-cycle recruitment of physicians and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview and site visit coordination, offer negotiations, locum tenens vendor management, provider onboarding, housing coordination, and invoice processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent substitutions may be considered.
- 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Healthcare and physician recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience working with third-party recruitment agencies and locum tenens providers is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Hawaii Type 3 driver’s license preferred.
Additional Details: Requires occasional travel, flexible scheduling, and coordination with healthcare leadership and external recruitment partners.
