Location: Pagosa Springs, CO
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension possible)
Shift : Days - 10-hour shifts, Mon - Thurs and one Friday per month
Pay range : Local $135/hour to $155/hour and travel $5800/weekly
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced NP or PA with oncology subspecialty experience to manage oncology and infusion patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment, follow-up, ordering labs/imaging, consultations, and referrals. The role also supports quality initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- 2 years of oncology experience
- ANCC or AANP certified
- AOCNP certification required
- Active DEA license
- Colorado NP license (or compact eligibility)
- Must obtain APN & RXN licensure in Colorado
Physician Assistant (PA):
- NCCPA certified with active PA-C
- Oncology experience preferred
- Active DEA registration
- Colorado license (or compact eligibility)
Licensure
- Compact license accepted; otherwise must obtain Colorado licensure prior to start.
Salary : $135 - $155
