Essential Function
- s:Provide daily leadership, direction, and oversight of MSU, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement
- s.Supervise, coach, and mentor staff, fostering professional growth, accountability, and engagemen
- t.Develop staffing schedules and determine appropriate staffing patterns to meet patient care needs, workload demands, and budget expectation
- s.Monitor, analyze, and manage workforce productivity, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and alignment with organizational goal
- s.Collaborate with the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and HR in recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of staf
