  • Strong experience with Telephony - Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, and Queues
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Lex and Polly
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3
  • API Integration and CloudWatch monitoring
  • IVR Design and Development
  • IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • SDET/Test Automation experience in cloud-based contact center environments
