Seeking an experienced Supervisor/Charge Nurse for a working leadership role supporting both Med Surg and ER units. This position combines hands-on patient care with staff supervision and unit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff across Med Surg and ER
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Manage staffing, workflow, and patient throughput
- Ensure compliance with clinical and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in Med Surg and Emergency Room
- Prior charge/supervisory experience preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- OB/Newborn Stabilization training (if available)
Salary : $60 - $65
