Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate II to process healthcare-related transactions, research and update consumer information, and determine eligibility for medical programs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process case maintenance transactions accurately and within established guidelines.
- Research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple systems.
- Evaluate eligibility for medical expenses/programs.
- Enter consumer data into the Eligibility Determination System.
- Communicate with clients and consumers through verbal and written channels.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of procedures and operating systems.
- Complete assignments within required deadlines and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/correct errors.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently after training with limited direction.
- Ability to maintain productivity while delivering quality work.
- Proficiency with PC systems/company software or ability to learn.
- College degree and eligibility determination/transaction processing experience preferred.

- Office-based work environment.
