Job Title: DevOps Engineer IVLocation:• Washington, DC • Denver, COPay Rate:• W2: $110/hour• C2C: $120/hourJob Description• Support cloud deployments within the Media Analysis Framework (MAF) Team• Build ML data pipelines for video content• Work as a self-starter who is collaborative, solution-oriented, and an effective communicatorKey Responsibilities• Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for provisioning and deployment• Automate monitoring tools to ensure system health and reliability• Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments• Communicate project status and risks to product teams• Automate and streamline operational processes• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations• Work independently or lead infrastructure automation initiatives• Partner with Architecture teams on deployment and automation designRequired Experience & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) preferred• 5–10 years of professional DevOps experience (senior-level preferred)• Strong experience with AWS (Azure or GCP is a plus)• Strong Linux/Unix background• Strong focus on security and risk mitigation• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitOps, and Kubernetes• Experience with automation tools (Puppet, Terraform, Chef, Ansible)• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, AppVeyor, etc.)• Experience with Git and Agile environments• Experience with on-prem infrastructure and databases• Comfortable working with Golang and Python• Experience with Observability and SRE practices• Ability to manage timelines and stakeholder expectationsTechnical Skills (Highly Desired)• Kubernetes, Helm, Docker• PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch• Microservices and message queues• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)• Cloud-native and modern platform technologiesPreferred Qualifications• Experience with Terragrunt, Pulumi, or similar tools• Prior experience leading DevOps teams• Experience managing GPU nodes• Experience working on AI/ML projects• Certifications in Kubernetes or Terraform• Financial services experience (plus, not required)Must Have• Previous development experience in Go and/or PythonCompany DescriptionStaffing Company (Confidential)
