Processing Operator
Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | 5:30 AM 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.69

Were looking for a dedicated Processing Operator to join our Casa Grande team. In this role, youll be at the heart of manufacturing liquid pediatric and medical nutritional products that makes a meaningful difference in peoples lives every day.
What Youll Do
- Operate and monitor computer-controlled blending, weighing, and heat treatment systems.
- Weigh, stage, and document raw ingredients using batch control systems.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment using a CIP (clean-in-place) system.
- Complete accurate documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Maintain GMP compliance through routine equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and area sanitation.
- Transport and receive bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
- Support blending operations by preparing and monitoring bulk slurries.
- Perform additional duties as needed to keep production running smoothly.
What Were Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in food manufacturing, batch processing, or GMP environments strongly desired.
- Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask, follow detailed procedures, and make sound decisions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong safety and quality focus.
