HR Staffing Coordinator
Lebanon, PA | $23/hr | Monday-Friday 4:00 PM- 12:30 PM

Were looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Staffing Coordinator to support our employees and ensure smooth daily operations at our Neenah facility. What Youll Do
In this role, youll be the go-to resource for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Youll:
- Manage employee check-in and attendance daily
- Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace
- Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports
- Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members
- Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed
- Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents
- Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly
What Were Looking For
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree OR 3 years of related HR/Staffing experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook
- Ability to build relationships, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
