What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Staffing Specifix?
We are looking for a "Warehouse Lead" for a Distribution Center located in Doral, FL. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, leading a team of staff in tasks like picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety & organization, and optimizing workflows for efficiency, often requiring skills in leadership, problem-solving, and operating equipment like forklifts.
- They act as a crucial link between staff and management, ensuring timely order fulfillment and adherence to procedures.
- Lead, train, motivate, and direct warehouse personnel, prioritizing tasks and monitoring performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure proper equipment use.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse lead role.
- Forklift driver (valid license), sit-down and stand-up.
- Reliable and excellent attendance.
- Fully bilingual, Spanish and English
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background and a drug test.
- Able to stand the entire shift.
- Computer savvy.
- Provide an updated resume.
