Position: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $100,000/year

Experience: 5 to 7 years of multi-unit grocery or retail management overseeing 3 stores; experience managing union and non-union teams; strong knowledge of grocery operations, merchandising, and store systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead and support Store Managers to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all store locations.
• Standardize and enforce operational procedures, merchandising strategies, and company initiatives.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts.
• Develop and mentor Store Managers and key leaders, promoting strong labor relations across union and non-union teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, customer experience, and operational execution.
• Build community and vendor partnerships to improve product availability and store performance.
• Execute strategic initiatives to improve service quality, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proven leadership and multi-unit team management skills.
• Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel between islands as needed.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
