Job Description:
- Lead and support Store Managers to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all store locations.
- Standardize and enforce operational procedures, merchandising strategies, and company initiatives.
- Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts.
- Develop and mentor Store Managers and key leaders, promoting strong labor relations across union and non-union teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, customer experience, and operational execution.
- Build community and vendor partnerships to improve product availability and store performance.
- Execute strategic initiatives to improve service quality, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership and multi-unit team management skills.
- Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between islands as needed.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
