Job Description:
- Direct and supervise all store operations, including sales, margins, labor, and expense control.
- Align store performance with company goals, values, and established standards.
- Ensure effective utilization of staff, resources, and operational systems.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and respond to concerns with urgency.
- Promote a customer-first environment and uphold Foodland service standards.
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members.
- Provide supervision and guidance to ensure operational success.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements.
- Maintain compliance with required health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Must pass cashier training, office clerk training, and math testing after hire.
- Experience in cash handling and operational management.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have TB clearance (or obtain).
- Ability to work at other store locations as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain profitability and meet sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
