Position: Store Director

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $86,170/year eligibility for a hiring bonus up to $1,000!

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the supermarket industry (required).
• Prior management experience (required).
  
  

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college background preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is hiring a Store Director to join a growing and dynamic team! Our client is seeking energetic, outgoing, and responsible retail leaders with strong customer service backgrounds to join our team as a Store Director. This role manages and directs all aspects of store operations and ensures high standards of customer service, profitability, team performance, and operational compliance.

Job Description:

• Direct and supervise all store operations, including sales, margins, labor, and expense control.
• Align store performance with company goals, values, and established standards.
• Ensure effective utilization of staff, resources, and operational systems.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and respond to concerns with urgency.
• Promote a customer-first environment and uphold Foodland service standards.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Provide supervision and guidance to ensure operational success.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with required health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must pass cashier training, office clerk training, and math testing after hire.
• Experience in cash handling and operational management.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have TB clearance (or obtain).
• Ability to work at other store locations as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain profitability and meet sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
