Job Description:
- Actively sell company services in a high-volume, results-driven environment
- Strategically prioritize your time to meet and exceed sales goals
- Lead discovery conversations to identify client challenges and opportunities
- Confidently present, pitch, and propose services as tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in a CRM or similar system
- Negotiate contracts that drive both immediate success and long-term value
- Forecast closed deals across sales and recruiting efforts
- Educate clients, prospects, and users with clear, relevant, and accurate service information
