Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification required; PE license preferred
- 10 years of experience in site development and utility design
- Proven leadership skills with prior management experience preferred
- Expertise in all phases of engineering and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailed orienting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively and organize project workflows
- Experience designing rail access or yard track layouts
- Familiarity with permit application processes and agency coordination
- Experience with survey coordination and interpretation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree a plus
- Active and current AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM software use
- Extensive background managing complex infrastructure projects
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including Owners, Contractors, and Agencies
- Willingness to lead field activities and mentor team members
- Professional registration or licensing in relevant jurisdictions is advantageous
