Payroll Specialist

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client's HR and Finance team! In this role, you’ll manage multi-state payrolls, partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data, and work with our HRIS provider (Dayforce) to keep everything compliant and efficient. You’ll also support audits, reporting, and payroll analysis to help us make smarter business decisions.

• Onsite in the Cleveland area (not DT)
• $60K-$70K with a bonus opportunity
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Process accurate, timely multi-state payrolls.
• Manage employee data, benefits, taxes, and withholdings.
• Collaborate with HRIS provider (Dayforce) for compliance and system support.
• Support audits, year-end reporting (W-2s), and payroll metrics analysis.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, processes, and compliance.
• Experience with Dayforce or Ceridian, preferred
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset.
