Location: Euclid, OH 44117

Pay: $29.00/ hour

Hours: M- F, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

Length: 3- month contract

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Light Industrial Recruiter in Euclid, OH. Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities in manufacturing and distribution? We are seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to source and hire general labor and light industrial employees for manufacturing plants located on Cleveland’s east side, specifically in Mentor and Euclid. As a vital part of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill high-volume roles in fast-paced manufacturing environments. This hybrid position offers a mix of on-site work and participation in hiring events.

Must Haves

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, large-sized employer, specifically in general labor, light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments, ideally directly for a large manufacturing or distribution company
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and Excel
• Proven sourcing skills through job boards and other methods
• Ability to attend hiring events and conduct interviews effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for general labor and light industrial positions
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
• Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed
• Manage candidate tracking and communications
  
  

Qualifications:
