What You'll Do
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software based on engineering specifications.
- Lead design coordination, ensure standards and code compliance, and mentor other team members.
- Develop assembly instructions, bills of materials, and review engineering documentation.
- Conduct site visits, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoDesk AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and documentation management.
- Excellent drafting, design development, and record-keeping skills.
- Proven leadership in design coordination and team coaching.
- Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and industrial design/drafting software.
- Prior exposure to chemical processing or industrial facilities.
- Experience working across multiple projects and managing high-value design efforts.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in drafting and engineering design within industrial settings, especially in chemical
