Customer Service Representative
Location: Solon, OH. Hybrid (Remote Mon/Thurs/Fri | In-office Tues/Wed As Needed) – Onsite Training for 2 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (Based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
A leading company in the flooring and surfaces industry is seeking a Customer Care Representative with strong B2B experience, order or account management skills, and excellent computer proficiency—including SAP and Excel. This is a 90-day temporary position with the potential for extension or hire, depending on performance and business need.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries: order status, product details, account updates, and delivery timelines
Accurately process orders via EDI, phone, email, and fax using SAP
Coordinate with logistics to provide freight quotes and shipping timelines
Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Marketing, and Production to resolve issues
Track inventory, identify product availability, and locate out-of-stock materials
Ship product samples as needed
Support billing, credit, and transportation inquiries across departments
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely follow-up
Required Skills & Qualifications
B2B Customer Service experience required
SAP and Excel proficiency required
Strong order or account management background
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple tasks
Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing or client-support role
High school diploma required; AA or BA degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
