Post Judgment/ Bankruptcy & Litigation Experience

What You will Do:
- Heavy law & motion work, drafting and e-filing of pleadings, declarations, and discovery in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
- Prepare and manage creditors' rights bankruptcy (proofs of claim, relief from stay motions, adversary proceedings) using PACER and related systems.
- Conduct legal research and fact investigations to support winning client strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys, court clerks, sheriffs, and clients—be the hub of our case operations.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all matters.
- Help build an inclusive, team-first environment where your voice matters.
Your Background:
- ABA certificate 4 years in a Paralegal, or Litigation Assistant role (bankruptcy experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, PACER, CM/ECF, and cloud-based legal tech.
- Agile multitasker—able to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.
- Firsthand skills in civil litigation, including discovery and subpoenas, motion preparation, and post-judgment enforcement.
- Knowledge of court rules (or ability to look them up), and ability to use a code book and practice guide.
- Strong English skills with attention to grammar, format, and spelling.
- Proven typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to file and serve documents, including experience with filing services such as One Legal, Rapid Legal, or ABC Legal.
- Understanding of service requirements, including differences between mail and personal service, due diligence reports, and when a “hard” serve is required.
