This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance while upholding the highest safety standards.This is a hands-on position ideal for a motivated professional with strong mechanical and electrical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all plant operations are carried out safely (“Safety First”).Support operations in meeting production demands with minimal downtime.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a fast-paced work environment.Perform preventive maintenance and implement contingency plans.Demonstrate continuous improvement and raise site standards.Deliver high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.Report safety incidents and equipment issues to supervisors promptly.Comply with local health & safety regulations and company policies.Perform additional duties as required by supervisors or management.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious maintenance technician (or equivalent) experience required.Strong electrical knowledge (480V–24V).Strong mechanical skills.Basic pneumatics and welding experience.Desirable: Experience with robotics and PLC systems.Soft SkillsAble to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and planning skills.Effective communication with multiple stakeholders.Team-oriented, able to collaborate across departments.Safety-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.#ZRSACR
