Associate Customer Service Representative Location: Auburn Hills, MISchedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm - Hybrid | 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (subject to change)Pay Rate: $16–$28/hr. Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Associate Customer Service Representative to support order management, customer communication, and SAP-based transactions for a major specialty products organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to support the full Sales-to-Cash (STC) process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries requiring product knowledge and order details.Interpret customer requests and ensure accurate and timely resolution.Proactively initiate communication with customers to identify needs and address issues.Monitor resolution progress and ensure follow-through from other departments.Utilize SAP and other business systems for order entry, invoicing, deliverables, and documentation.Process credits, debits, disputes, samples, rebates, and track orders through the full order fulfillment cycle.Work closely with internal departments: Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Transportation.Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other systems for reporting and communication.Support business unit initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects effectively. Qualifications:SAP-R3 or equivalent ERP experience required (6–12 months minimum).Previous customer service experience required (beyond retail/call center).Experience with order entry and STC processes preferred.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.Salesforce.com and SharePoint experience a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.High School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
