📌 Position Summary

Drive on-time delivery performance by prioritizing production jobs based on customer needs and business goals. Serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing timely, accurate updates on order status and ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.

🔧 Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to order status inquiries ?
• ?Coordinate and prioritize production jobs to meet customer delivery expectations ⏱
• ️Communicate real-time job status updates to customers, internal teams, and leadership ?
• ?Review and modify customer orders based on scheduling capacity and production timeline
• sPartner with external vendors to expedite turnaround times and meet deadlines ?
• ?Maintain and actively manage the “Late List” to mitigate delivery risk
• sReview customer purchase orders against MRP data and communicate updates accordingl
• yMonitor material availability and collaborate with purchasing to resolve shortages ?
• ?Expedite high-priority orders and adjust schedules to support delivery goal
• sCollaborate cross-functionally with production supervisors and internal teams ?
• ?Retrieve and manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files ?
