Staffing Inc. is partnered with a Plastic Injection Mold company in Nunica, MI who is looking for a qualified Quality Technician that can support their injection molding manufacturing operation. This candidate will be responsible for hourly production inspections, final audits, quality documentation, and supporting quality systems to ensure products meet customers and company standards.
Quality Technician Benefits:

Quality Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform hourly quality inspections on molded parts
- Conduct final audits of finished goods and packaging
- Record inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify defects and communicate quality concerns
- Support quality systems and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with containment and corrective actions
- Work closely with production and management teams
- Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Injection molding experience is a plus
- Ability to use calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Understanding of SPC, FPY, and quality metrics
- Experience with final audits and inspection procedures
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems
