We partner with over 1,000 medical practices nationwide by providing experienced, HIPAA-compliant Virtual Medical Assistants who support front desk operations, scheduling, billing, patient coordination, insurance verification, and administrative workflow.

• Visit medical offices and introduce Staffing For Doctors services
• Build relationships with physicians, office managers, and staff
• Generate leads through in-person outreach and networking
• Represent the company at local events and industry meetups
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior consultants
• Learn consultative sales techniques and healthcare workflow solutions
• Maintain organized notes and follow-up activity in CRM
• Work closely with leadership to develop sales skills
• Entry-level candidates looking to start a career in sales
