About Staffing for Doctors
Staffing for Doctors is a healthcare staffing agency expanding in the medical market to help clinics and private practices streamline their physician recruitment and workforce management. We are building a strong presence in the healthcare community and are looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent Staffing for Doctors and promote our staffing agency.
Role Overview
The Brand Ambassador will serve as a public representative of Staffing for Doctors within the healthcare industry. This role focuses on building relationships with medical facilities and healthcare organizations, attending events, promoting the brand, and helping generate new revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable networking, confident appearing in videos, and capable of representing the company both in person and through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Staffing for Doctors at healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Visit clinics and potential clients to introduce and demonstrate the platform
- Promote Staffing for Doctors' services and new features to potential customers
- Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare professionals
- Support partnership development and identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Assist with marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and promotional materials
- Participate in filming promotional content, social media videos, and product demonstrations
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company in videos, presentations, and public settings
- Promote Staffing for Doctors and relevant industry topics digitally through platforms such as LinkedIn, webinars, and online communities
- Generate leads and contribute to building new revenue channels
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve product positioning and messaging
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador, Business Development Representative, or similar client-facing role
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in promotional content
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in healthcare, medical staffing, SaaS, or professional services industries is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000
