If you have the passion, energy, and relentless commitment to excellence, step up. This is your arena.
Your Mission — Should You Choose to Accept It
Be the Standard-Bearer: Embody our mission and core values in everything you do—inside and outside the gym.
Lead from the Front: Arrive 30 minutes early, geared up in your uniform (black pants/shorts and an approved top), ready to dominate your shift.
Tech-Savvy Operator: Clock in/out with precision using MindBody; load client data and workouts into our app—no excuses, no shortcuts.
Master of Preparation: Set up the floor, cue up the day’s workout on the big screen, and have every piece of equipment dialed in before the first client steps in.
Client Champion: Review every client’s info, adapt their session to their needs, and deliver the experience as prescribed by the Director of Training.
Corrective Exercise Superhero: Implement custom modifications, manage restrictions, and communicate clearly, following every detail from the Director’s notes.
Motivator-in-Chief: Spread the “message of the week” with energy in every session—you’re not just coaching bodies, you’re inspiring minds.
Record Keeper: Track every workout, log every note, and leave a digital trail of excellence in our app.
Community Builder: Own the training floor—if there’s downtime, coach others, tidy up, assist the desk, or simply connect with members to build an unbeatable gym community.
Accountability Enforcer: Check out every client in MindBody, follow up with no-shows, and tackle the closing checklist with military precision.
Team Player: Show up for every staff meeting—your input matters, your presence counts.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Proven track record as a personal trainer or in a related fitness field.
Coaching Prowess: Confident coaching all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Passion: Health, fitness, and community light your fire.
Connection: You build rapport with clients effortlessly—people trust you, and you inspire them.
Grit: You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Attitude: Positivity and high energy are your trademarks.
Credentials: CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or ready to get certified ASAP).
