Shipping and Receiving Associate/Forklift Operator

We have an immediate need for a results-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate/Forklift Operator with experience for a visual marketing fabricating warehouse. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who supports our mission, values, and embraces our company culture.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pull, prep, inspect and package items efficiently on a daily basis to go out for events.
• Able to assist in all aspects of the Warehouse, including receiving, offloading, and staging orders.
• Organizing and maintaining shipment paperwork.
• Monitor client and rental items/equipment and report any damages or refurbishment required to the appropriate supervisor.
• Able to work independently and adhere to the project schedule provided by the Coordinator.
• Tracking and managing of all inventory and materials.
• Get manifests signed off by staging supervisor when the accurate pulled order is complete.
• Safely operating equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have recent experience as a Warehouse Worker and forklift operating in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Performing duties of this job could require frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Available to interview and start a position as soon as next day.
• Schedule flexibility to meet mandatory deadlines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus!
• Able to complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to work in the US.
