Bilingual General Laborer (English/Spanish) – 2nd Shift
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bilingual General Laborer (English/Spanish) to join our outdoor production team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting metal materials and ensuring operations run smoothly. Shift Schedule:
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd Shift)
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Location: Outdoor facility (Must be comfortable working in both hot and cold weather conditions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and categorize various types of metal materials efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks safely and follow supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outdoor work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong reliability and a history of excellent attendance.
- Ability to perform physical duties well, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work comfortably outdoors in fluctuating weather (heat, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
