Staffing Alternatives is looking for an Onsite Supervisor to work in our client's warehouse supervising our temporary associates. This person must be reliable and energetic. He/she must be bilingual in English/Spanish and have a strong sense of responsibility/urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:
• Supervise temporary associates ensuring proper PPE
• Timeclock and reporting
• Participate in trainings
• Serve as the point of contact between our agency and client
• Administrative duties
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
• Flexibility with working Fridays during peak
Specific Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Quick thinker/problem solver
- Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
